Some of us may have learned to process our lives in a negative manner from our childhood. One very effective way of undoing this negative training is to look at a picture of yourself as a child and say to yourself the things you wanted to hear when you were young. Talk to your inner child as if you were talking to a child you really care about and want to help.
Doing this to yourself helps to UNDO the negative training that you once received and implants an Optimistic focus. When you do this regularly you will retrain your brain to generate thoughts of an Optimistic nature regularly and THAT will make you feel better!
